When The Fawnbrake Collective was launched in 2017 in atttracted media attention for being a different type of organisational model.

We were a female-founded company trying to work in a different way, a more flexible way - better for clients and better for talent. We took no physical office, we designed hybrid teams, pulling on talent that lived and worked outside of the big London agencies. We had no employees, we simply partnered with the best and brightest freelancers, extraordinary, independent thinkers.

What's changed now? Well for a start we now known simply as Fawnbrake, but more importantly we see the world has caught up with our thinking around the way work works. The years we have worked flexibly enables us to partner smarter with our clients to deliver practical real-world strategic solutions.

At Fawnbrake we recognise that we have a responsibility to use our platform and voices to support others and to help move the industry we’re proud to be a part of.

Fawnbrake provides StatHacks For Good: pro-bono projects for charities and non-profts as well as coaching and mentoring for unrepresented voices in our industry.
