The Excellence Diploma had reached its 10 year anniversary and was in need of a fresh strategic approach better suited to the changing needs of talent and the latest thinking in terms of brand development.
Approach
Using the latest in educational and learning best practices, the Diploma aims to move from “Chalk & Talk” to deliver “Flipped Classroom” modules
Partnered with industry leaders from the UK and beyond to develop a truly 21st century Faculty base including journalists, economists and sustainability thought leaders
Developed a Slack (an app-based collaboration hub) platform with Book Groups and guided discussions happening virtually
Deliverables
Intensive 10 month long course (“MBA of Brands”) with 3 Modules - Level Set, Skill Set and Mind Set.
